In 2006, the legislature again passed bills to give benefits
to illegal aliens. Both bills were written by State Senator Gil
Cedillo. Thankfully, Governor Schwarzenegger vetoed both
of these terrible bills.
SB 160 would have allowed
illegal aliens to apply for and receive tax-financed
financial assistance to attend college in
California. The state already gives in-state
college tuition discounts to illegals.

have allowed
illegal immigrants to receive California driver's
licenses.
